How does it work?
Penny Purses allows you to purchase bids which you use to bid on various items on the website. Every time a bid is placed, the item’s price increases by $ .01 and a certain amount of time is added to the auction timer. If you are the last bidder to bid on an item when the timer runs out, you have won the item at the final price shown. This means that if the purse ends at $ 8.25 and you are the last bidder, you will only be charged that much for the item! What a steal!
Just follow these three short steps to get you bidding and winning purses:
- Create an account
- Purchase some bids
- Bid on the purse(s) you want to win
- Purchase some bids
- Bid on the purse(s) you want to win
Creating an account
Click here to register for an account. Complete the form and click Register at the bottom of the page. Penny Purses requires you to confirm ownership of the email address you provided, and will send you an email with the subject “Account Activation - Pennypurses.com”.
Before you can login and start bidding, you must click on the link provided in the email!
Once you have created your account, you will receive a COMPLIMENTARY 5 FREE BIDS!
Purchase some bids
After you have registered and logged in, click My Account at the top of the website. Under the My Details section, click Purchase Bids.
Choose a package of bids you would like to purchase. The higher bid package you choose, the cheaper each bid will be! Bid packages range from 10 bids to a generous package of 100. The more bids you purchase, the greater chances you have of winning your favorite bag.
Click the package you would like and then click Purchase this package. You will be forwarded to the PayPal payment gateway. If you already have a PayPal account, login and purchase bids. Otherwise, click Continue and pay securely with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card, without creating an account.
Bid on the purse(s) you want to win
Now all that’s left is to bid on one or more purses for your chances to win! Return to the homepage to view featured auctions, or click “All Categories” and choose the style and brand of item you would like to win. Simply click “Bid” on the item you’d like to win. If you are the final bidder when the auction timer runs out, you’ve won the item!
